Photographing Lukas and Rebecca’s Fijian – Czech wedding, held at the Crown Palace Banquet Hall in Surrey, was such a great experience. I love learning about other cultures and it was such an honour to be included and trusted to capture Rebecca & Lukas’ two ceremonies with both Hindi & Catholic traditions. I only wish I could better explain the customs I witnessed. On day two I met with them at the Shangri-La Hotel in Vancouver and we headed down to Coal Harbour for some portraits. The winter air was crisp and unforgiving to bare skin, making for chilly but romantic portraits. Luckily, at least, most of the week’s recent snow had melted.
