Family photography in Pitt Meadows. It was long overdue for this family of five to get some family photos of the whole gang. A recent move to Osprey Village in Pitt Meadows spurred this amazing mama to contact me to capture this time in their lives with a fall family session. I’m so glad she did.
It turned out to be a beautiful autumn day where the leaves had just changed colour and before the first storm on the season that would blow them all away. These guys made the session so easy and fun and wow, those fraternal twins could be models. I just love the side by side close-up of their faces.
This session actually inspired me to do some of my own family photography, as we are also well overdue. It’s so easy as a photographer (or mom!) to always be the one behind the camera that you forget you need to be in some of the photos too. That being said, I don’t recommend trying to do it yourself – it’s way too stressful to try to play photographer and subject and wrangle kids and actually get photos you love. Hint – hint ;)
