Kent & Sammy were married on a gorgeous autumn day on the Thanksgiving weekend.  They couldn’t have asked for better weather for their Stanley Park Pavilion wedding, coordinated by the venue’s Stacey Bartfai.  Stanley Park Pavilion is an amazing venue for an outdoor wedding, in the middle of the majestic Vancouver landmark park and surrounded by lush gardens. The turn of the century Vancouver heritage building boasts an elegant pure white ballroom with vintage glass chandeliers setting the stage for a sophisticated reception.
I absolutely loved their reception decor of hydrangea-filled pumpkin centrepieces by Bridal Beginnings, travel-themed table names and warm wool scarves as guest favours.  I just adore fall weddings when the weather cooperates!
Sammy and Kent share a love of teaching, sports and travel. Â They orchestrated an entertaining evening of minute-to-win-it games for guests to compete in to determine the order for dinner and kiss challenges in lieu of glass tinging. It was a fun evening for all:)
